Noninations Needed for 2008 COA Awards

Now Accepting Nominations for 2008 COA Awards!

The deadline for submission of COA awards for 2008 is October 31, 2008. These awards include:

• Society of the YearSociety


• Project of the YearSociety


• Bulletin of the Year


• Young Optometrist of the Year


• Optometrist of the Year


• Paul Yarwood Memorial Award

For your convenience, each of the nomination forms for the various COA awards will be available for download via the 'Members Only' section of the COA website, www.coavision.org Please bear in mind that only one nominee per society may be submitted for Young Optometrist of the Year. Additionally, make note of the fact that local society projects submitted for consideration in 2008 cannot be the same project submitted by your local society in 2007. Please be sure to submit your completed nomination forms to the COA office, attention Michelle Whitlow, Governance Coordinator.
